1. Awaken

Wake up and open your eyes. Get up and go for it. Open your heart, see your goal, and set course for it. Trust yourself and take that first step.

2. Dawn

3. Solace

Letting go is neccessary for growth. Look back on your life and your lessons and let go of what is complete. If that elicits a tear and feelings of regret, find comfort in all that you have already learned and achieved. It was not all for nothing

6. Play

Play! Remember how you regarded things as a child and look at the world like that to see the wonder in little things. Play in joy and in love, let go of expectations and demands.

7. Strength

Love provides strength and conviction. Doing what is right for all involved, even if that means saying ‘no’. Having a clear view of situations, power without using force.

8. Free

Realise that you are free, free to become who you want to be. Nobody can determine that for you, you are very capable of doing that yourself. If someone tries anyway, feel free to put it aside if it doesn’t fit you. You are you, one of a kind, a unique piece of primal source.

Learn to experience joy. Allow yourself to celebrate the beautiful experiences in your life. Balance is needed, life already has enough challenges, and by allowing yourself to truly experience joy, everything becomes a bit lighter.

10. Peaceful

Take a bit of time to process and to let everything sink in. Imagine yourself floating in a calm lake, relaxed, surrendering to the water and looking up into the clear blue sky.

Dive into your emotions, let them flow and then surrender them to the water so they can float away. Everything you fully feel is processed and can then be released. Clean up everything that stops you from feeling more love for yourself and the world around you. Then rinse off so the cleansed energy can continue its way inside you.

Surrender to the feminine power of the moon and let her do her job. She will steer you in the right direction and assist you on your way. Open your heart and let her in.

About the Photos

The photos for the card deck and the website were made by me and my family. They are partly from our own archives, partly from planned outings to take pictures for the card deck, and, surprisingly, from random moments we stumbled upon. 

From the planned outings, only five photos made it into the card deck, most of the images for the card deck came from those random ‘ooh, this is cool, let me take a picture’ moments. 

Like the photo for 6. Play, that was taken on a winter morning in our backyard when my daughter spotted a vapour trail in the sky that was decidedly wonky. ‘Go home airplane, you’re drunk’ was her first thought at seeing it.

Apart from one , all of the photos were taken in Zeeland, the province we live in. Twelve were made around Vlissingen, four in the Noord-Beveland area, one in the Schouwen-Duiveland area and two in between those last two.
